Nigel Hawkes of Straight Statistics looks at the details and finds &#8220;WHO believes too many caesareans are done without proper cause. But in interpreting these data, the authors appear to have bent over backwards to prove the point \u00e2\u20ac\u201c a classic illustration of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.straightstatistics.org\/blog\/2009\/12\/04\/lone-ranger-rides-again\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">White Hat<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span> bias.
